The RCL Group’s new combined head office in Westway Office Park, Westville. This multi-level office building consisting of parking levels, kitchens, a gym, multiple test kitchen facilities and three open plan office levels. We were the Fire Engineers for the project which is currently in the running for a number of Architectural awards.
We are part of the professional term currently working to deliver the New Ncondo Place Office Building on the Umhlanga Ridge early in 2020 for Growthpoint. This is a multi-level office building with below ground level parking levels.
We are part of FWJK’s professional team that has just delivered the New Ridge 7 Office Building on the Umhlanga Ridge on time and within budget. This is a multi-level office building with below ground level parking levels, that is sprinkler protected.
Paul Woollatt designed the HVAC in this building that is now the home of Bosch Projects. This is a multi-level office building with below ground level parking levels. It was designed to have flexible open plan office space and included test kitchen and laboratory facilities.
We designed the HVAC and Fire in OLA’s new offices in the Upminster building, Essex Gardens. This is also where we are based, this is a typical office with cellular offices, a large studio and meeting rooms.
