We were involved with the alteration to the 1st and 2nd floors which added additional rooms and conference facilities to this iconic Durban Beachfront hotel.
We have been involved in various aspects of the recent upgrade to this hotel including the guest room bathroom and the Main Restaurant revamps.
RAFFLES RESORT SEYCHELLES
Paul Woollatt designed the HVAC systems in this resort hotel comprising 108 residential villas, gym, spa, kids club, restaurants as well as the reception and administration building.
