Upgrading and extension of their existing packaging and warehousing facilities in Cato Ridge.
Upgrading of existing fire protection infrastructure including sprinkler systems for the Transformers, pitch plant and the replacement of the saltwater fire pumps.
We have just recently finished a R12mil turnkey project for ABI, completing their fridge handling warehouse in Phoenix, KZN. This involved hardstand Civil works, epoxy flooring, roofing, building works and landscaping.
We are currently involved with the Fire Engineering on a number of Growthpoint projects in Gauteng and Durban. These include Protech Park, Oberthur, Aeroport, Galaxy, Belgrade, Astron, Neon, Adcock Ingram, Siemens, Scania.
We are currently involved in a number of projects at Woodlands Dairy in Humansdorp, as HVAC and Fire Engineers. These include phase 1 of the UHT Warehouse extension, Sprinkler protection to the existing facility and the extension to the existing Offices and Laboratory facilities.
